I Haven't Received or Can't Find My Coupon/ Voucher

If you haven’t received your coupon after participating in a promotion, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:


1. Check Your Email

  • Look for the voucher in the email address associated with your purchase or promotion.
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as emails may sometimes be filtered there.
  • If you've purchased a Groupon voucher, go to My Groupons (USA) or My Groupons (UK)and select View Voucher. Your redemption code will be listed below your voucher's barcode or under "Redemption Code."


2. Contact Customer Support

If you’ve checked your email and verified your eligibility but still can’t find your voucher, reach out to our customer support team (USA) or customer support team (UK ) for assistance.



When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The promotion name or details of the offer.
  • Any confirmation emails or screenshots you have.


3. What to Expect

  • Our team will investigate the issue and confirm your eligibility.
  • If everything checks out, we’ll reissue the voucher or provide an alternative solution.
