If the coupon is intended for multiple items, but the discount or amount applied doesn’t match your expectations, here are some steps to address the issue:

  1. Review the Voucher Terms
    • Check if the voucher specifies:
      • A maximum discount amount or percentage.
      • Restrictions on eligible products or categories.
      • A limit on the number of items the voucher can apply to.
  2. Check Your Cart 
    • Confirm that your cart contains the correct number of items required for the voucher to apply.
    • Ensure all items meet the voucher's eligibility criteria, such as specific categories or minimum purchase amounts.
  3. Contact Customer Care
    • If you’ve reviewed the above and still believe the voucher is not applying correctly, please contact our customer care team (USA) or customer care team(UK). Please provide:
      • The voucher code and the promotion details.
      • A screenshot of your cart showing the items and the applied voucher.
      • Any supporting emails or documentation related to the voucher.
